Free-trial limits are enforced per account, and creating extra accounts to reset those limits is a breach of these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to create, request, upload, or share content that is illegal, that sexualizes or depicts minors in any way, that depicts real non-consenting people, that promotes violence or self-harm, or that infringes another person's rights. You agree not to harass or abuse other users or our staff, not to scrape or bulk-download the Service, not to use bots or automated clients outside a published interface, and not to probe or circumvent security, rate limits, or the paywall. The Service offers a limited free trial and paid subscription plans that unlock unlimited chat, image and video generation, and private content. Virtual items and generation credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and exist only inside the Service. Everything on the Service is for personal entertainment.
Prices and the billing period are shown before you confirm a purchase. Payment is taken by our third-party payment processor, whose terms also apply to the transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the same price and length until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to [email protected]; cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current period. Charges appear on your statement as SHYNIES AI. Local taxes may be added.

You keep ownership of the prompts and text you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not break these Terms.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may set or change usage limits, at any time. We try to keep the Service available but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if continuing to serve you would create a legal or security risk. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections 8, 9, 12, 13, and 14.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or fit for any purpose. Do not rely on anything a character says as advice of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
