Shynies.ai sells digital content and access that is delivered immediately after payment. For that reason, all payments are final and non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds for partially used or unused subscription periods, for change of mind, or for not using the Service after purchase. This applies to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you. Where mandatory consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to a refund, that law prevails over this policy.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and the current period is not refunded.
If you were charged more than once for the same period, charged after a valid cancellation, or believe a charge on your account was not authorised by you, contact [email protected] within 30 days of the charge with the transaction date and amount. We will investigate and correct genuine billing errors, including issuing a refund where one is due.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor and appear on your statement as SHYNIES AI. Applicable local taxes may be added at checkout.
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first so we can help. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is resolved.
