Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may not do on Shynies.ai. It applies to every account and to every prompt, message, and request you submit. Breaking it can lead to content removal, account suspension or closure, and, where appropriate, reports to the authorities.

Strictly prohibited

Any content that sexualizes, depicts, or describes a minor, or a person presented as a minor, in any context. This includes text prompts, generated images, and role-play. All characters and content on the Service must depict adults aged 18 or over.
Content that depicts, promotes, or solicits non-consensual sexual activity, sexual violence, incest, bestiality, or trafficking.
Sexual content that depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, including "deepfake" imagery of real people.
Content that promotes terrorism, mass violence, self-harm or suicide, or serious harm to others.
Content that harasses, threatens, defames, or doxxes another person.
Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
Malware, phishing, or attempts to defraud other users.

Also not allowed

Creating more than one account, or creating accounts to bypass free-trial limits, a ban, or the paywall.
Scraping, crawling, or bulk-downloading content or data from the Service.
Using bots or automated clients outside a published interface, or reselling access.
Probing, load-testing, or trying to bypass security, rate limits, or billing.
Sharing your account credentials or generated private content outside the Service in breach of these terms.

Reporting

To report content or behaviour that breaks this policy, write to [email protected] with enough detail for us to find it. We review reports and act on them, and we cooperate with lawful requests from the authorities.
