Shynies.ai respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of claimed copyright infringement. This page explains how to file a takedown notice, how to file a counter-notice, and how we deal with repeat infringers. Send all copyright notices to [email protected].

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe material on the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice that includes all of the following:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorised to act for them.
Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if the notice covers several works.
Identification of the material claimed to infringe, with enough detail for us to locate it, including the URL on the Service.
Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.

Notices missing any required element may be delayed while we ask you for the missing information.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] that includes:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court and to accept service of process from the party that filed the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complainant tells us they have started a court action to keep it down.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who are the subject of repeated valid takedown notices.

Images and text on the Service are generated by AI and are not copied from identified third-party works. If a generated output nonetheless reproduces material you hold rights in, use the process above and we will review it.
